Our Margaret River office is moving to a nearby location

We’d like to let you know that our Margaret River office is relocating.

From Thursday, 1 October 2026 appointments will take place at our new location at 43B Townview Terrace, Margaret River just a short distance from our current office.

We’re moving to a clinic that better reflects the needs of our customers and services today, ensuring we can continue providing quality support in a sustainable way.

The last day of clinic visits at our current 111 Bussell Highway office will be Friday, 25 September. Any clinic therapy sessions from Thursday, 1 October will be at the new Townview Terrace location.

What’s staying the same

While our location is changing, the things that matter most to you will stay the same:

• You’ll continue to see the same therapist.
• Your appointment days and times will remain unchanged.
• You’ll continue to receive the same high-quality support and services you know and trust.

We know parking is important, so here’s what you need to know.

• Several visitor parking bays are available at the front of the office including ACROD parking bays.
• Visitor bays can be accessed via the lane next to the Woolworths car park entry.
• Additional parking is available nearby on Townview Terrace.

We recommend allowing a few extra minutes when you visit us for the first time, so you can find the best spot and locate our new office.

Will my travel charges change?

For customers receiving therapy at home or in the community, travel charges will be calculated from our new Margaret River location. As the new office is only 400m from our current one, any change to travel charges is expected to be minimal.
