Our Joondalup office is moving to a nearby location
We’d like to let you know that our Joondalup office is relocating.
From Tuesday, 29 September 2026 appointments will take place at our new location in Joondalup House, just a short distance from our current office.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a great experience for customers, we’re relocating to a modern allied health hub that offers improved facilities, dedicated admin support for our teams and greater opportunities for collaboration between healthcare professionals.
The last day of clinic visits at our current 10 Elcar Lane office will be Friday, 25 September. Any clinic therapy sessions from Tuesday, 29 will be at the new Joondalup House location.

What’s changing
From 29 September our new address is:
Joondalup House, Tenancy 4/8 Davidson Terrace, Joondalup WA 6027

Our new location offers a more modern and welcoming space, designed to better support both our customers and therapists.
Our new reception and waiting area may be a little busier than you’re used to, as it is shared with other APM Group healthcare providers who are also based at this location.
Our clinic is located on Level 1 of the building, opposite the NDIS office. The building is fully accessible. Simply follow the APM signs when you arrive and use the lift to reach the clinic.
What’s staying the same
While our location is changing, the things that matter most to you will stay the same:
- You’ll continue to see the same therapist.
- Your appointment days and times will remain unchanged.
- You’ll continue to receive the same high-quality support and services you know and trust.
Parking at our new office
We know parking is important, so here’s what you need to know.
- Several 2-hour parking bays are available for visitors close to the office entrance.
- If these bays are full when you arrive, there is nearby paid street parking on Davidson Terrace.
- ACROD bays are available near the building entrance for customers who need them, with additional overflow ACROD bays nearby at the Department of Water building.
- Access to visitors and ACROD bays is via Davidson Terrace.
We recommend allowing a few extra minutes when you visit us for the first time, so you can find the best spot and locate our new office.
If you have any concerns, please contact us on 1300 135 373 and we can help you plan your visit.
Will my travel charges change?
For customers receiving therapy at home or in the community, travel charges will be calculated from our new Joondalup House location. As the new office is only 2km from our current Joondalup office, any change to travel charges is expected to be minimal.
Have questions?
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our new space. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
