GM Update: Spring 2026
Spring has arrived, bringing with it Kambarang, the season of wildflowers, warmer days and new beginnings. As we welcome this season of growth, we’re pleased to relaunch our quarterly newsletter and share updates from across Therapy Focus. We also want to take this opportunity to thank you for the trust you continue to place in our team.
I want to start with a clear message: Therapy Focus is here for you, remains in a strong position, and continues to be a high-quality NDIS registered provider delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.
With the behind-the-scenes support of Everyday Independence, part of the APM Group, we continue to strengthen our organisation by streamlining systems and processes that help us remain sustainable, extend our impact and support more people across Western Australia.
These improvements also provide our therapists with better tools, technology and support, allowing them to focus on what matters most – helping our customers achieve their therapy goals. Everything we do is guided by our commitment to delivering high-quality therapy and support to as many individuals and families as possible.
New spaces that suit our customers and our teams
Last week our teams settled into two new offices, both close to where we were before.
Our Joondalup team moved to Joondalup House, Tenancy 4/8 Davidson Terrace on 29 September, while our Margaret River team relocated to 43B Townview Terrace on 1 October, just a short distance from our previous office.
While the locations have changed, the things that matter most remain the same. You’ll continue to see the same therapist, keep your usual appointment times and receive the high-quality support you know and trust.
If you’re visiting for the first time, please allow a few extra minutes for your journey. Parking maps and further information is available on our website or call us on 1300 135 373 for assistance.
First Focus Term 4 – applications closing soon!
Our specialised early intervention program, First Focus, designed for children aged 3.5-5 years with developmental delays or learning difficulties is closing applications soon for Term 4 intake.
The program is available for children who are not accessing NDIS or government-funded therapy services.
First Focus helps build the skills, confidence and school readiness needed for a successful start to kindergarten and pre-primary. Through play-based learning, social interaction and targeted therapy support, children can develop the foundations they need to thrive.
Now free for families in Mirrabooka and Margaret River, with limited places remaining for Term 4. If your child may benefit, or you know a family who could be eligible, we encourage you to submit an application or share this opportunity before applications close.
Cheering on our Little Telethon Star
We’re delighted to celebrate Olivia, a long-standing Therapy Focus customer, who has been named as one of this year’s Little Telethon Stars. Known for her kind heart, love of Taylor Swift, all things sparkly and the thoughtful cards she creates for friends and teachers, Olivia continues to inspire everyone around her with her courage, positivity and generosity.
Telethon Weekend takes place on 17 and 18 October, and Olivia will be proudly representing children and families across Western Australia on the big stage. Be sure to read her inspiring story on our website, and if you’re attending Telethon, be sure to cheer loudly for her.
Thank you for the trust you place in our team every day. If you have questions about your appointments or our new offices, please get in touch. We’re always happy to help.
